Half a head of cauliflower
Several slivers of fresh ginger
4 sweet dates
First cut the potatoes and carrot into large chunks.
Cut the ginger into matchstick slivers.
Next braise the ginger slivers in the hot stew pot,
then place the thinly sliced potatoes and carrots in the pot.
Fry them for several minutes until tender, stirring enough to prevent sticking. then add tomatoes and dates, with two quarts of water. Heat to simmering.
30-40 minutes later, add the cauliflower.
Heat for ten minutes and serve.
