那一年，每星期六下午，上人都去“女居士林”讲经说法。居士林座落于三藩市的列治文区。上人请了一尊庄严精致的地藏菩萨圣像供奉在居士林。同时答应开讲整部《地藏菩萨本愿经》。

In that year, Saturday afternoon lectures were held at the Laywomen’s Forest, located in the Richmond district of San Francisco. The Master placed an exquisite image of Earth Store Bodhisattva at that residence for Buddhist women and agreed to lecture the entire Sutra of the Past Vows of Earth Store Bodhisattva.
