（一）法界佛教總會會為紹隆佛種，續佛慧命，淨化人心向善，特擇於美國加州萬佛聖城弘揚如來戒法。傳授出家眾三壇大戒，於一九九五年六月三日至九月二十三日圓滿；在家菩薩戒，於一九九五年九月十七日至九月二十三日圓滿；並於九月二十三日傳授三皈五戒，九月三十日傳授幽冥戒。詳細資料請來函萬佛聖城傳戒委員會索取。
（二）本會為祈禱世運昌隆，風調雨順，人民安樂，及超薦法界水陸空含靈，特擇於九月二十五日至十月一日，於萬佛聖城啟建護世息災水陸空大法會，普令所有災難枉死者、各國陣亡將士英靈、各姓門中歷代宗親及一切無祀孤魂，悉脫苦淪，入解脫門，登清涼地。敬請各界人士、諸山長老、善信大德，慈悲擁護，廣結善緣，同證無上菩提。
（三）本次大法會因緣殊勝，設有延生壇、往生壇、打齋供僧、恭請大德上堂說法，及傳授幽冥戒。如欲發心參加者，請提前來信，或至本會登記，以免向隅，以期功德莊嚴圓滿。大法會功德表（以美金計算）如下：
内壇：

A. In order to ensure the continuing prosperity of Buddhism, to carry on the Buddha's life of wisdom, and to purify people's minds, Dharma Realm Buddhist Association will propagate the Tathagata's precepts by conducting the following transmissions at the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas in Talmage, California, USA.
Three Platforms of Precepts for the Sangha: June 3—September 23
Bodhisattva Precepts for Laity: September 17—23
Three Refuges and Five Precepts: September 23
Precepts for the Deceased: September 30

B. To pray for prosperity and peace in the world and to save the sentient beings of the water, land, and air, this Association will hold the Water, Land, and Air Dharma Assembly for Quelling Disasters and Protecting the World from September 25 to October 1, 1995, at the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas. We hope to cause all those who died in accidents and wars and all those wandering as lonely ghosts to leave suffering, enter the door of liberation, and ascend to the Pure Land. We are respectfully requesting everyone to give their kind support and extensively create affinities so that all can realize supreme Bodhi together.
C. The conditions for this Dharma Assembly are most rare and supreme. There will be an Lengthening Life Platform, a Rebirth Platform, vegetarian meal offerings to the Sangha, the Requesting of Dharma, and the transmission of Precepts for the Deceased. If you would like to attend, please write to this Association or come in person to register as soon as possible so that the merit and virtue will be adorned and perfect. The fees charged are as follows:

●By making a vegetarian meal offering to the Sangha and requesting eminent monks to speak Dharma, one is bestowing the gifts of wealth and Dharma; thus, one's blessings and wisdom grow and one attains great peace and happiness. We hope all good faithful Buddhists will take this chance to plant the field of blessings. The various kinds of vegetarian meal offerings are:
