第三屆法總僧伽大會會議於2005年11月11日下午一時確認出席者超過法定人數後在萬佛聖城道源堂正式開始，閱讀上次議決事項後，選出2005年法總續任或新增僧伽董事，比丘近梵和近永，比丘尼恒日、恒泰、恒貞、恒音、恒薰。2006年二、三月間，法界佛教總會將組團往亞洲訪問，行程確定為2月22日由台灣開始，於3月2日抵香港，接著3月7日轉馬來西亞並於3月22日結束，活動內容包括拜懺法會、傳授三皈五戒、幽冥戒及講座，報名辦法及詳情請向法總各道場洽詢。
萬佛城方丈律法師向僧團提出城區計畫報告。下次法總僧伽會議將在2006年5月29日。

The Third Annual Dharma Realm Buddhist Association (DRBA) Sangha Meeting was conducted on November 11, 2005 at Daoyuan Hall at the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
After a quick review of the decisions made at the last DRBA Sangha meeting, the following Sangha representatives were elected to the DRBA Board of Directors: Bhikshus Jin Fan and Jin Yong, and Bhikshunis Heng Re, Heng Tai, Heng Jen, Heng Yin, Heng Syun.
From February 22 to March 22, 2006, a DRBA delegation will visit Taiwan on February 22, Hong Kong on March 2, and Malaysia from March 7-22. The delegation will conduct Dharma assemblies; transmit the Three Refuges and the Five Precepts, as well as the Precepts for the Deceased; and give lectures. People are welcome to join the delegation by registering with a DRBA branch monastery before December 15, 2005.
DM Lyu, the abbot of CTTB, reported to the Sangha members about projects planned at the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas. The next DRBA Sangha meeting will be held on May 29, 2006.
