材料:
漢堡餡餅   四塊
土司     八片
生菜     四片
番茄片    四片
起士片    四片
大豆磷脂質  少許
蜂蜜     少許①
沙拉醬    少許

作法:
土司去皮,塗上①材料,放入生菜、番茄片、起士片和漢堡餡餅,以牙籤固定,再斜角對切即可。

vegetarian patties     four pieces
toast         four slices
lettuce         four pieces
cheese         four slices
lecithin granules     a bit
honey        a bit ①
vegetarian salad dressing  a bit

directions:
Remove crusts from toast. Spread with①sandwich spread. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese slices and vegetarian patties. Use toothpicks to hold ingredients together. Cut in triangles and serve.
